Cancellation Policy

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due online no later than 14 days before the scheduled event. Because materials and customized supplies are prepared in advance, all deposits are nonrefundable. Refunds are not provided for customized or personalized items once materials have been ordered or production has begun. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Payments already made may be transferred to an approved rescheduled date. Each package includes the listed number of onesies in sizes 0–12 months, personal tags from guests, an instruction sign, an on-site attendant, setup, and breakdown. The Essential Package includes a storage bag. Deluxe and Premium Packages include a custom keepsake box, and the Premium Package also includes a themed setup. Customized or personalized items requested outside the selected Onesie Station package will be invoiced separately. Payment is due in full before materials are ordered or production begins. All payments for customized or personalized items are nonrefundable. Additional onesies, extended service time, special requests, travel, or other add-ons may result in additional charges.
